AI Builders reserves the right to disable any link or remove any third-party content at any time in its sole discretion.

D. Payment and Billing

Upon presentation of valid invoices within the first week of each month, the Owner will make partial payments to the Prime Contractor for completed construction certified by the Prime Contractor and approved by the Owner and Architect/Engineer for payment purposes. During the project, 95% of each approved payment request will be paid before completion. The Owner will pay the Prime Contractor the remaining amount after approving the "Final Invoice for Payment" within 90 days of project completion, unless delayed due to the Prime Contractor's fault.

E. Privacy Rights

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information collected by DPR under the California Privacy Rights Act and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”).

Personal information

If you are a California resident and our customer, you have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We will provide the requested information to you via an email response.

F. Intellectual Property

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. You agree that the Websites and Services are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. AI Builders, logo, and all other AI Builders trademarks, service marks, product names, and trade names of AI Builders, appearing on or in conjunction with the Websites and Services are owned by AI Builders. AI Builders does not grant you the right to use or display any trademark, service mark, product name, trade name or logo appearing on the Websites or the Services without AI Builders prior written consent.

G. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, without regard for principles of conflicts of laws. Any action, claim, dispute or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts sitting in Austin,Travis County, Texas.
