Schulenburg Lift Station

Overview:

Construction on the Schulenburg Lift System, a sewage lift system featuring an above-grade structure area spanning 941 square feet and a full basement designated for equipment and pumps, commenced in September 2022. The site work involved building three overflow storage vessels, force mains, and gravity sewer piping.

Details:

• The foundation is constructed on h-piles with 30-foot-high concrete basement walls.
• The above-grade structure features CMU structural blocks with a 4" CMU veneer and metal wall panels.
• Equipment includes three 200hp dry pit centrifugal pumps, an oxygenation system, a nitrate odor control system, overflow centrifugal pumps, wet well aeration system, and all related controls and piping.
